High Shoals Falls - Trip Details

The Blue Hole Falls and High Shoals Fall hike is about 2.5 miles down and back. At the end of mile 1, you'll be rewarded with the 20' or so drop of Blue Hole Falls. But don't stop there, another short walk will bring you to High Shoals Falls at over 50 feet, making this one of the best hikes in the state for waterfall seekers.

There are no restrooms or other facilities at the trailhead, so plan accordingly.

And, take into account that you'll be climbing about 500' of elevation on the way back to the car, so you'll likely be even slower than normal on the hike out.
